Born from our love of whisky, this gin stands tall as our first barrel aged style – pushing the boundaries of texture and warmth.

Barrel:
Single François Frères, ex-Chardonnay barrique.

Maceration:
Six months; one month on lees.

Tasting Notes:
Our Barrel-Aged Chardonnay Gin is bright, velvety and super sippable. The incorporation of Chardonnay lees and bâtonnage techniques has given this gin additional depth, complexity, and mouthfeel. The palette offers bright, fresh citrus with layers of spice, biscuity undertones and hints of macadamia and burnt butter. Aromas of creamy vanilla, sparkling ruby grapefruit, fig and cinnamon entwine.
