Born from our love of whisky, this is our first barrel aged gin, made to push texture and warmth as far as a gin can carry them. One barrel only: a single François Frères ex-Chardonnay barrique, six months in oak with one month on lees, worked with bâtonnage for extra depth and mouthfeel. 320 bottles exist. When they are gone, they are gone.

Nose: Creamy vanilla, sparkling ruby grapefruit, fig and cinnamon.
Palate: Bright, fresh citrus over layers of spice, with macadamia and burnt butter underneath.
Finish: Biscuity, warm and long. The whisky drinker’s finish, on a gin.

Barrel: Single François Frères ex-Chardonnay barrique. Six months; one month on lees.

Serve: Neat or over ice. Exceptional in an Old Fashioned.
