With a family background of winemaking spanning 5 generations, we are intricately connected to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley. We endeavoured to create a gin that not only celebrates Shiraz, but has the structure of Shiraz too.
Each year we will create a limited edition drop, with no restocks.

Vineyard:
The Tawarri Vineyard is one of the Hunter Valley’s most unique sites, sitting at an altitude of 450m, making it the highest elevation vineyard in the entire region. The block was planted with Shiraz vines in 2001, which are now fully mature and expressing the full depth of the vineyard’s rich, black soils which are derived from basaltic rock.

Vintage:
The 2024 growing season was warm and dry, giving ideal conditions for grapevine growth. The period from flowering to fruit maturity was very stable, and we were rewarded with fruit of immense colour and flavour intensity when we harvested on the 9th of February.
