Where we ship
Anywhere in Australia, Tasmania included. We don’t ship overseas, and we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, because the parcel has to be handed to an adult (more on that below).
What it costs
One flat rate per order, set by the state we’re sending to, however many bottles are in the box.

When it ships
We pack every order by hand at the distillery and send it within two business days. Aramex then takes two to five business days for most addresses, longer for regional and remote ones. You’ll get a tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.
Pick up in Pokolbin
Choose local pickup at checkout and collect from the FAR tasting room, upstairs inside the Keith Tulloch Wine cellar door at 989 Hermitage Road, Pokolbin. We email you when your order is ready. Bring photo ID, because we check it at every pickup. If someone is collecting for you, they need to be 18 or over and bring their own.

Spirits are for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and we may call to confirm your age before your order leaves us.
Aramex is instructed to hand the parcel only to an adult: you, or another adult at the address who signs for it on your behalf. If no adult is home, the parcel isn’t left. Aramex will tell you how to arrange redelivery or collection.
Damaged, missing or lost
Boxes get knocked about. If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, something is missing, or the tracking has stopped moving, email info@fardistilling.com.au with your order number and a photo if there is one. We’ll replace it, refund it or chase Aramex for you, whichever gets you sorted fastest. The detail is in our Returns and refunds policy.
