Our Limoncello takes a playful twist on tradition while staying true to its roots. We collect lemons from local farmers markets, because the best Limoncello starts with the best fruit. Each batch follows the centuries-old Italian method with a Hunter Valley spin: zested, infused and distilled, batch by batch, and we take pride in supporting the local growers who make it possible.

Nose: Pure lemon zest, straight off the rind.
Palate: Liquid sorbet in a glass. Sweet and tart in balance, bright and bold.
Finish: Clean citrus tang that leaves you wanting the next sip.

Serve: Chilled and neat as an aperitif, in a Margarita, or lengthened into a spritz. Our cellar door pour is the Semcello Spritz: FAR Limoncello, Keith Tulloch Wine Semillon and Fever-Tree Yuzu and Lime soda. Also very good with our Hunter Valley Dry Gin and a wedge of pink grapefruit.
